Completed last fall, our full-scale renovation has significantly enhanced the comfort of our apartments. Each apartment has been fully renovated with new stainless-steel appliances, updated kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and LED lighting. With all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with high-performance glass and fresh windows, residents can enjoy a cleaner, quieter place to call home.
The Devonshire apartments are affordable housing for people earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). For example, that equates to an individual earning $63,240 or less per year. This is an excellent option for people earning up to ~$31 per hour, including recorded tips.
