ELIGIBILITY
The apartments have income maximums related to the number of people in the household. Residents will be required to have monthly income that is twice the monthly rent or a voucher to cover the difference.

During the application process, you will be asked to share all sources of income for each household member, which leasing staff will then verify.

STUDIOS
Studio apartments at the Devonshire are available at the 50% Area Median Income level.
That means a maximum allowable income of:

$52,700 per year for a household of one; or

$60,250 per year for a household of two. ​
